“My process is to connect as fully and deeply with the person who’s in front of me, in the spirit of witnessing them hold a field of acceptance, of love… just deeply witnessing them and then trusting and knowing that, from that place, something amazing happens for them and for people listening.”

By his own admission, Darius Norell is bad at small talk. He’s much more comfortable and skilled and interested in what's really going on.

He was an elite athlete representing Great Britain early in life, was selected for an elite promotion scheme in the British Army, has coached leaders from some of the biggest businesses in the world and pioneered the Radical Employability Training method, which was shortlisted for the European Recruiting Innovation Award.

But what makes Darius Norell the host of a must-listen podcast?

He created What's Your Work? to offer something he doesn’t see enough of in the world. The opportunity for people to become aware of how powerful they are, and how possible it is for them to radically transform their life.

Each episode sees Darius use his decades of skill and experience in conversation with brilliant people of all shapes and sizes, from elite performers whose reputation precedes them to seemingly “normal” people. Each guest is united by one thing: they arrive with an openness to explore. The conversation that follows offers the possibility of insight that could just change your life.

In times that can feel divisive and depressing, What's Your Work? is not simply a message of hope - it's a genuine inquiry into what drives us, what's possible and how we can get there.
